**These positions will operate out of the Western Agency.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
High School Diploma or GED Certificate.
1 year of professional experience in Wireless Communication, Cellular, Wireless Telephony, Communications and IT.
Strong background in Customer Service experience.
Knowledge in wireless technology and the operation of home routers and PC application internet connection.
Basic knowledge of electronics, computers, software and network connectivity.
Bilingual skills in Navajo/English is a plus.
Valid Driver's License (subject to motor vehicle record review).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:
Conduct survey at the prospective installation site to check line of site between modems, LTE sites and the customer's preferred spot in his/her property
Installation and maintenance of internet equipment, including routers/network cabling; performing acceptance tests
Responsible for technical troubleshooting and programming
Consistently comply with CPNI (Customer Propriety Network Information) rules
Serves existing accounts by analyzing work orders; planning daily travel schedule; investigating complaints; conducting tests; resolving problems.
Maintains rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements.
Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs and records.
Maintains customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.
Keeps personal equipment operating by following operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns; maintain supplies; performing preventive maintenance, calling for repairs.
Prepares and deliver all inventories.
Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing goods.
Provide excellent customer service and education.
Ability to travel long distances in order to undertake repair and installation
Replace defective modems, routers, and wiring if identified as cause of problem
Help promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures
Assist other departments with events, festivals and special sales situations, promote, goodwill and sales of our products.
Performs other duties as assigned.
