Roofing Laborer / Driver

Overview: We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver/Roofing Laborer to join our team.
As a Driver, you will be pulling a trailer, responsible for safely transporting goods and materials to various locations.
As a roofing laborer you will help with repairs and maintenance.
Will train.
This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
Duties: - Safely operate company vehicles with trailer to transport goods and materials - Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of items - Plan routes and navigate to destinations using GPS or maps - Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations - Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance - Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts and signatures - Communicate effectively with customers and team members - Assist with other duties as assigned - Assist with roof repairs and maintenance Skills: - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Ability to operate truck while pulling a trailer - Familiarity with local roads and routes - Strong time management skills to ensure timely deliveries - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Attention to detail and willingness to learn while on the job - Previous experience with general contracting repairs (drywall, roofing, carpentry) a plus.
