Barrett Realty manages 5 acres of two shopping centers located in the heart of uptown Sedona, including 32 tenant shops and 4 restaurants.
It is a fast paced, tourist centered work environment offering full-time employment, year-round.
Our property management team handles all building related repairs in house: roofing, drywall, plumbing, flooring, painting, HVAC, electrical, kitchen equipment, preventative maintenance, you name it.
We are looking for an individual with basic Handyman knowledge.
Commercial experience such as Hotel or Restaurant is highly preferred.
Typical duties include but are not limited too – Painting, drywall repair, faucet repair, basic electrical, basic plumbing, basic HVAC maintenance, roof and crack sealing/caulking, irrigation/sprinkler maintenance, changing light bulbs, wood furniture repair, drain cleaning, unclogging plumbing, leaf blowing, digging/landscaping, window cleaning, pressure washing, floor cleaning, mister system maintenance.
Some seasonal work may include planting flowers, shoveling snow, diverting heavy rains and landscaping projects.
We also employ public area porters who keep our restrooms clean and take out the trash, occasionally the maintenance staff will assume these responsibilities during call outs or vacations.
Uniforms and larger, specialty tools are provided, only basic hand tools and a drill are required.

If you are an entry-intermediate level handyman we will train the right person to further their career, including electrical repair/installation, HVAC repair/installation, and restaurant equipment repair and maintenance.

We are open from 7am to 10pm at night and have a morning and afternoon shift.
