Sandbag removal and disposal (Flagstaff)

I have a bunch of sandbags requiring removal.
I'm guessing approximately 180 bags.
I need the bags picked up and to have all the bags and cinders removed from the property.
You can take them to the dump, use for your own landscaping, or return to any cinder piles you may know of.
I do not have a truck or trailer so the transport/disposal is also part of the job.
$200? Many are broken and spilling out after years in the sun.
The bags go from the mailbox to the fence on the side of the house as shown in the 2 photos.
The closer-up third photo shows they are stacked 3 on the bottom row, 2 on middle row, 1 on top row to give the most accurate idea what is there.
