Backhoe Operator

Capstone Homes is the largest, most established residential builder in Northern Arizona and we are looking for a Superintendent.
Applicants should have at least 1-year experience in construction and have handyman skills.
Must own a vehicle and able to work between the hours of 8-5.
The position is paid hourly, pay based on experience.

Must have a valid driver's license.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS, ABILITIES & EXPERIENCE: * Knowledge of proper trench and excavation safety practices.
* Work experience in construction of underground utilities.
* Regular attendance is an essential function of this position * Operate a backhoe safely as part of a crew.
* Perform Operator level maintenance on the machine.
* Understand safe working loads and signals.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $23.
