Quattro Climate Control, a nationwide HVAC installation company is looking for a dependable, hands-on HVAC/ R & Duct Installation Foreman.
Quattro performs a high volume of renovation and new construction installs for the residential and light commercial markets for the FLAGSTAFF area.
* Experienced in planning and coordinating of crews with tasks to be performed, and monitoring performance.
* Key communication point for each job with Project Manager, HR, Safety, Sub-contractors, and other key partners.
* Ability to read and comprehend construction blueprints.
* Knowledge of HVAC duct configurations and airflow impact.
* Capable of Performing installation of all portions of an HVAC system in light commercial and residential buildings.
* Understands submittal data and related construction documents.
* Understands equipment installation and operations manuals.
* Receive all materials and equipment required for each job.
* Experienced with sheet metal, duct board and flexible duct systems.
* Knowledge of HVAC start up procedures and troubleshooting.
* Will ask for help when needed.
* Understands all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agencies, and practices safe work habits.
* Able to lead weekly safety meetings.
* Aid in training and mentorship of installation helpers.
* Ability to complete the job correctly the first time.
Requirements
* Knowledge of a variety of HVAC systems in both residential & light commercial applications.
* NATE certification a plus, EPA certified a must.
* Minimum of Five (5) years’ experience in the HVAC/R trades.
* Understand & know how to read Blueprints.
* Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (no DUI breathalyzer to be installed in company van.
* Be able to pass a background check.

* Well groomed, neat appearance.
* Ability to communicate clearly in a friendly, personable way with Clients, coworkers, and leadership.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to run crews.
* Manage quality control & risk management.
* Material ordering & Inventory control.
* Budget review accountability.
* Run a job from beginning to end.
* Strong leadership is a must to be a Foreman.
* Must be able to attend all field sub-contractor meetings for the project, and articulate job needs at said meetings.
* Competency in general computer applications: Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.
