The ideal candidate is local to the Phoenix area.
The General Foreman works closely with the Project Superintendents and Assistant Project Superintendents to ensure successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities
Supervises foremen and their crews within their specific area or portion of the project
Participates in job planning for work packages, site set up, and construction schedules
Estimates worker-hour requirement to meet the needs of the construction plans
Exhibits a high level of safety consciousness and clear understanding of McCarthy’s safety guidelines and procedures
Schedules and coordinates activities of assigned craft workers while communicating and coordinating schedules with other trades
Provides leadership and influences training and development of team to improve their capabilities
Inspects work in progress and completed work to make sure complies with project specifications
Interpret blueprints and construction documents and plan construction activities accordingly.
Responsible for the coding of time of labor force and the processing of invoices.
Qualifications
8 years’ experience in HVAC trades
Experience and thorough knowledge in commercial work
General knowledge of construction principles and processes
Proven commitment to safety and building relationships with team
Experience in managing field staff
Knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials, and supplies
General understanding of building codes, mechanical codes, and plumbing codes as they relate to construction of project
