Key Responsibilities: -Be the expert at the controls of heavy equipment.
-Sculpt the terrain with finesse, performing excavation, grading, trenching, and earthmoving tasks.

-Collaborate seamlessly with your team to meet project goals.
-Keep projects on track, meeting timelines and performance targets.
Qualifications: -High school diploma or equivalent.
-Eligibility to work in the United States, ensuring compliance with all U.
S.
employment laws and regulations.
-*Must have 3+ years of proven finished grading experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator - Skid* *Steer.
* -Possess a valid driver's license with a clean record.
-Work experience in jobsites with congested conditions and buried utilities.
-Know your safety regulations and how to operate equipment securely.
-Show off your problem-solving and communication skills.
-Be a team player who can also handle independent tasks.
-Enjoy physical work and be prepared for manual labor when needed.
-If you have certifications in heavy equipment operation, that's a bonus.
