As an Fireplace Installer/Trainee at Banker Insulation, you will play a vital role in our fireplace installation projects.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Adhering to all safety guidelines, policies, and procedures of Banker Insulation to ensure a safe working environment.
Chimneys: sweeps, service, inspection, lining, and repairs (per company procedures- training will be provided)
Stove service and repairs
Gas fireplace service and repairs
Paperwork
Work on a team to complete stove and fireplace installations
Complete detailed and accurate measuring for chimney caps and installation
Write up inspection reports concerning the condition of fireplace and flues
Complete all required end of day paperwork and reports
Qualifications
Must be able to work efficiently on roofs of all heights for full inspection, installation, and service needs
Skilled in providing excellent customer service
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50-70 lbs.
Must be able to completely install fireplaces and stoves
Will need to provide your own tools
Must be able to pass a drug and background test (excluding THC)
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States
Employment may be contingent on successfully passing a background check and drug screen, in accordance with applicable law
