*Position Overview*
As an Onsite Safety Representative, you will be responsible for managing daily onsite construction activities.
This includes, but not limited to, interacting with customer/client onsite representative(s); overseeing the subcontractor scope and ensuring workmanship and materials meet contract/specification requirements; preparing detailed weekly safety inspection reports listing noted deficiencies, digital photos, correction dates and follow-up action for all jobsite activities; and being onsite Monday thru Friday, or as needed, to resolve issues and answer questions that may arise.

*Responsibilities*
· Effective Leadership
· Overseeing the construction project from start to finish
· Managing & coordinating project construction schedules
· Developing complete understanding of contract plans & documents, statement of work, specifications, applicable codes and jurisdictional requirements
· Managing subcontractor(s) day-to-day activities of assigned tasks and providing daily reports to management
· Acting as the main point of contact for all project personnel
· Coordinating meetings, scheduling updates, submitting deliverables and addressing outstanding ‘open items’ as requested by customer/client
· Preparing look-ahead documents and weekly, monthly progress reports and billing information
· Submitting Request for Information (RFI) to customer/client
· Reporting to management team
· Other duties as assigned
· Understanding and complying with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, and other industry-specific professional and ethical conduct standards, if applicable
*Qualifications*
* Possess a valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (required)
* Must clear federal government background checks for military base or government facility access (required)
* Current safety and health related training, experience, and duties on at least three projects of similar nature, size, complexity, and work to be performed as the current project (required)
* OSHA Construction 30-Hour Training Course including applicable elective subjects, for example Confined Space Entry; Cranes, Derricks, Hoists, Elevators, and Conveyors; Ergonomics; Excavations; Fire Protection and Prevention; Materials Handling, Storage, Use and Disposal; Motor Vehicles, Mechanized Equipment and; Signals and Barricades; Safety and Health Programs; Scaffolds; Steel Erection; Tools - Hand and Power; Welding and Cutting.
Current first aid CPR certification (required)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.
00 - $45.
