*Job Description*:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Roofing Project Manager with a strong emphasis on sales to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing roofing projects from inception to completion while actively participating in sales and client acquisition efforts.
*Key Responsibilities*:
* Lead and manage roofing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
* Actively seek new sales opportunities and lead the sales process from initial contact through to project completion.
* Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.
* Provide expert advice and solutions to clients' roofing needs, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business.
* Conduct site inspections and assessments, and prepare detailed project proposals and quotes.
* Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies and goals.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities.
*Requirements*:
* Proven experience in roofing project management and sales.
* Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and industry best practices.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
* Proficiency in project management software and tools.
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.
00 - $75,000.
