Summary:
Inspect the quality of finished products and pack them.
Maintain supplies levels and conditions on the machine.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform visual inspection of finished products and ensure the quality is according to the standards required.
Maintain required supplies at the machines in a good level and good condition to keep it producing flawlessly.
Pack finished product accordingly.
Communicate issues to the Team Leader/Technician.
Records appropriate production forms.
Keep the work environment area clean and safe.
Other duties as assigned by the Team Leader/Management.
Work Schedule
2nd shift: 02:30 PM - 11:00 PM

Educations and/or Experience & Skills:
Prior line packer experience (recommended)
Prior food-grade manufacturing experience (recommended)
Ability to read, analyze, and follow directions.
Must be able to speak, listen, and openly communicate with team members and actively participate in team meetings.
Must be able to work in a self-directed team environment.
Ability to define and react to problems, color variations, small imperfections, collects data, establish facts, and draw a valid conclusion and decision during a fairly fast pace production level.
Requirements:
Lift up to 40 lbs.
on a frequent basis
Push or pull with up to 50 lbs.
of force on an occasional basis
Stoop, kneel, climb or squat on an occasional basis
Use hands to grip, pinch, handle, reach, or feel on a frequent basis
Stand on a continuous basis and walk on a frequent basis (stand 8 hours or more)
Possess manual dexterity
Detail-oriented, well organized with a demonstrated ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
Must be able to work in a self-directed team environment
