Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor We are looking for a production supervisor to grow with the company and apply already established manufacturing practices as well as develop new standards as they see fit.
The following is a list of responsibilities of this role: Relay the instructions and the policy of the Plant Manager to operators and warehouse personnel Participate in the development of the manufacturing plan to implement and adapt it, if necessary.
Guarantee the quality of the products manufactured.
Ensure control of the non-compliant product.
Enforce and respect the different rules of operation.
Organize product flows between warehouses and the production floor.
To make the final decision on the approval or rejection of produced parts if the responsibility is delegated by the Quality Lead or Management.
Report any anomalies, observed or potential.
Contribute to continuous improvement.
To respect the charters, procedures and rules applicable, set up within the framework of the organization.
Ensure compliance of the rules of personal hygiene and good practices by the operators.
Respect the rules defined for emergency situations.
Make sure raw material used is approved material.

Enforce the equipment safety instructions, including the rules of conduct for the respect of people and property.
Relay information to colleagues, the plant manager, and corporate management.
