About the Role: We are looking for a Production Leader to join our Leadership Team who will be responsible for directly leading a team that manufactures commercialized product, including manufacturing operators and Area Leaders.
Primary goals include maintaining the proper team staffing in order to meet established build plans while meeting key business metrics.
Standard hours are Friday - Sunday, 6:00AM - 6:00PM plus 4 hours during the week.
This role will be located at one of our facilities in Flagstaff, Arizona.
Responsibilities: Ensure all environmental health and safety requirements are met in area of responsibility Ensure processes consistently deliver products that meet customers’ quality expectations and legal and regulatory requirements Coordinate and execute resourcing plan as it relates to staffing, equipment and other resources to effectively meet business need Establish and promote a continuous improvement environment with the team and ensures the application of lean principles Lead area and team to ensure metrics and goals are achieved Establish strong partnerships with all manufacturing support functions, including technical, planning, QA, EH&S, Regulatory, etc Be responsible for the performance management and development of individuals and team Establish clear expectations of equitable and inclusive behaviors from Associates and act immediately to appropriately address negatively impactful behavior, while at the same time, support the development and contributions of all Associates; drive accountability for yourself and other associates as it relates to Enterprise Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Objectives Maintain compliance with training expectations as required for this position Perform additional responsibilities as required within the scope of position Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 3 years directly leading people, materials, and flow of information in a complex environment Demonstrated experience in creating and maintaining an inclusive work environment with clear understanding of equitable practices Experience generating and analyzing metrics and effectively communicating information Experience establishing expectations and holding others accountable, with the ability to address performance issues fairly, directly and in a timely manner, while maintaining a positive and engaging environment Experience and strong technical competence in applying lean principles in day-to-day operations and continuous improvement activities Experience partnering, supporting, and influencing internal customers Demonstrated knowledge of quality standards and health & safety regulations Ability to be pro-active, identify and drive change, and align strategy with business need Ability to periodically work in a cleanroom environment with the flexibility to modify working hours to meet specific commitments Ability to quickly learn and use business and manufacturing system processes (i.
e.
