About the Role: We are looking for a Multi-Craft Technician to join our Maintenance team.
In this role, who will repair and maintain manufacturing and R&D equipment.
This is a weekend shift role with standard hours of Friday - Sunday, 6:00 a.
m.
- 6:30 p.
m.
This role will be located at our facility in Flagstaff, Arizona.
Pay and Benefits:
$22 - $41 per hour
10,000 Sign-On Bonus offered for evening and weekend shifts!
This role is eligible for an additional $2/hour shift differential pay for evening, night, and weekend shifts (in California, the shift differential pay is $2.
40/hour).
Factors considered in extending an offer within this pay range include (but not limited to) education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment within a clean room and supporting infrastructure
Respond to maintenance service calls, perform scheduled and unscheduled work, installations, and enhancements of machinery and equipment
Ensure Quality System requirements are being met
Work with multiple teams across the division including production, skilled trades and technical Associates while maximizing schedule efficiency and minimizing impact to manufacturing
Document work performed per procedures
Support other facilities as required
Maintain compliance with training expectations as required for this position
Perform additional responsibilities as required within the scope of the position
Required Qualifications:
Completion of an apprentice program or 2 year technical degree or minimum of 2 years experience in repairing, maintenance and/or calibration of equipment
Electrical experience up to and including 208 volts, and understand basic electronics/electrical theory
Experience with at least 2 of the following: Pneumatics, motors and gear drives/controls, automation, temperature controls, water systems, pumps, and PLC’s
Working knowledge of electrical mechanical drawings/schematics and measurement equipment (i.
e.
, multi-meters, timers, calipers, etc.
)
Troubleshoot and repair of equipment (production equipment preferred).
Solid understanding of the use of power tools and shop practices,
Computer programs such as Microsoft Office (Maintenance Management Systems, Excel, Power Point, Word, etc.
)
Ability to work at heights of at least 15ft, lift 50 lbs.
and work in challenging locations
Ability to work weekends and off-hours to meet customer needs
Ability to travel up to 5%
