*MINIMUM REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION*
· All of the qualifications of a Field Services Field Technician II, plus
· At least five years of construction materials testing experience
· ACI Field Grade I and ATTI Field certifications
· Additional certifications, such as ACI Concrete Strength Testing, ATTI Soils/Ag, ATTI Asphalt, ICC Special Inspection, EIFS, Post-Tension), or demonstrated competence to qualify the individual at this level

*ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS*
· All of the “additional requirements” of a Field Services Field Technician II
*RESPONSIBILITIES*
· All of the responsibilities of a Field Services Technician II, plus
· Has begun performing testing on materials other than soil (asphalt, aggregates), _or_ has begun working toward becoming a Special Inspector
· As additional testing experience is gained, prepares to test (and pass) additional certification exams, primarily ICC Structural Masonry and EIFS
· Assists in training Level I and II Field Services Technicians

· Written – Handwriting must be legible; must be able to fill out reports, completely and accurately; must be able to discern from project specifications the types of tests required and procedures to be followed; communicates effectively with superiors, co-workers, clients, and contractors, through technical reports
· Verbal – Must be able to receive, and follow through on, instructions from superiors and clients; must be able to communicate effectively with superiors, dispatcher, co-workers, clients, and contractors; must be able to express reasons/solutions for errors/problems occurring in test data.
