Desert Shore 52 Houseboat $4500obo Well, family has grown and moved on a bit so, we've decided to sell our share of ownership.
Been going to Powell for near 30yrs.
Its one of a kind.
Slipped at Wahweap.
52ft houseboat.
11 owners, each year choosing their priority week based on a rotating schedule.
I was 2nd pick this year and have June 23-30 2024.
TH Next year I'd be 1st pick and so on.
Group also owns a 22ft Bayliner deck boat stored by Wahweap to use that comes with ownership.
A nice family oriented ownership group, everybody just does their part to keep things working well.
Both AC units were replaced last year.
Both outboards are new over the last 4 years.
Metal pontoons that are certified as needed.
Front and back covered decks.
Front BBQ and chest freezer.
Has a front pull out queen, mid-ship twin bunk, and aft dual queen bunks.
Plus pads stored on the top deck for a lot more sleeping.
Has a large Westerbeke generator.
Has separate generator and toy fuel tank and separate tanks for engines.

Annual dues are $16-1800 based on needs and already paid for 2024.
