We are going to upgrade to a small houseboat, and, as much as we want to keep our SeaRay 270, it just doesn’t make sense.
It’s currently in covered storage in Tucson, but, depending on interest, we may store in Page for better viewing.
We would also consider delivering if you are going to count on services for launching etc….
The boat has a few upgrades that make it great for Powell.
+Additional 30 gallon fuel tank.
This puts total fuel capacity at 130 gallons below deck.
+BBQ/Coleman stove trays for port and starboard
+100 AH, LiPo4 battery and charging system (DC to DC 25A) and 110V charger (3 channel, 30 amp).
You can use all 100 amp hours and not hurt this battery.
+2 Lead Acid starting batteries.
+Spare prop set
+External Macerator pump for dumping waste into Septic/RV dump
+Shore ramp and case.
+Set of shade screens that clip below double Bimini covers.
Full vinyl storm enclosure (not in best shape).

Keeps food cold.
Mechanical
It’s in great mechanical condition with bellows, gimbal bearings, fuel pump, etc… replaced recently.
New shifter cable and throttle/shifter control.
Water heater was removed to add extra fuel tank.
This can be reinstalled if desired.
Engine

4L Mercruiser big block, carbureted.
Bravo 3 outdrive with dual props.
New impeller.
Oil changed recently.
Interior
Is in great shape.
Carpets have a few stains.
As far as I can tell, it’s been a non-smoking boat.
We have receipts and maintenance records from our ownership and past owners.
PO added a newer TV.
The boat also has an Alpine stereo, subwoofer, and speakers.
Exterior
Originally had antifoul bottom paint; previous owner began to strip, and we have pressure washed 95% off.
Seat cushions have some minor tears and cracks and appear to be originals.
Swim platform was added.
Snap-in carpet in rear deck area.
Overall it is in great shape for a 1994.
Trailer
Triple axle trailer, 2 spare tires, 1 full hub, 2 axles with electric brakes.
Trailer has new tires within 1-2 years.
Recent bearings and oversize tongue jack.
Air Conditioning and Generator
It has a hatch AC system CruiseAir CarryOn
It does not have an onboard generator, we used a small carry on.
