Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
- Help develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a positive work environment
- Train and develop employees on product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering merchandise as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Manage cash register operations, including handling cash transactions accurately
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll processing, and maintaining records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail management role is preferred
- Strong budgeting skills and ability to analyze financial data
- Excellent leadership abilities with a proven track record of team management
- Experience in developing training programs for employees
- Proficient in retail math calculations to analyze sales data and trends
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math calculations
