Full time or Part Time Handyman Needed (Sedona-Cottonwood)

Property Management company is seeking a qualified handyperson with experience in light plumbing and General Construction.
Prefer full-time candidate but could accommodate 30 hours a week.
Must have good communication skills, and a minimum of 2 years’ experience with light construction or handyman services.
This position is a full-time position (see note above) that includes health care, 401K, Vacation, Fuel allowance, etc.
Most of the work is in the Village of Oak Creek although some is in West Sedona and Cottonwood.
Primary job duties are as follows but not limited to; light plumbing, electrical, drywall, doors, hardware repairs and general punch out duties as needed.
Job Requirements - 2+ years prior work experience in residential construction or similar position - Good plumbing skills a plus - Must have own tools and reliable transportation - Clean and neat appearance - Drug free - Be punctual and efficient Background check and random drug testing required
