Guest Service Agent

Getaways Resort Management is hiring for a Guest Services Agent in Sedona.
We are looking for an individual who is caring, hospitable, courteous and efficient.
* Provide world class customer service.
* Be familiar with hospitality terminology.
* Process guest arrivals and departures.
* Provide accurate information about the resort and surrounding area.
* Follow all cash handling and credit card policies.
* Cross-train in other resort related departments.
* Be efficient handling owner/guest concerns and assist with a timely resolution.
* Be a TEAM player at all times.
* Must be happy and enjoy working with other positive people.
Education: * High school or equivalent (Preferred) Experience: * Hotel experience: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: Multiple Locations Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.
